Kepompong
Wulan ramadhan wis teka. Iki wayah wulan pasa. Kabeh wong
Islam saindenging donya lagi pada pasa. Shira uga pasa dina iki.
“Ibu, punapa kula pareng mimik?”

“ Ora pareng nduk, eling ya kowe lak lagi pasa?”
“Nanging kula ngelak bu. Kula pengen mimik…”
“ Sabar ya nduk! Mengko nembe pareng maem lan
mimik nek wis
jam rolas.”
“ Sakniki jam pinten bu?”
“Jam sewelas.”
“Setunggal jam niku dangu kok bu. Kula sampun
ngelak sanget sakniki. Kula janji mboten badhe maem napa-napa. Kula namung
kepengen mimik kok. Pareng nggih bu?”
“ Ora suwe kok nduk. Ayo, tak jak ning taman
mburi. Ibu arep nduduhke kewan sing aneh!”
Ibu banjur ngajak Shira ning taman mburi omah,”

“ Kula ngelak bu… Kupu panci endah sanget,

ning sakjerone kepompong udakara rong minggu,” ibu nerangake.
“ Griyo niki mboten wonten lawang lan jendelanipun.
Uleripun nembe menapa wonten lebet mriku?
“Uler iku lagi pasa.”
“Wah, ibu gemujeng nggih? Napa uler niku saestu siam bu? Kalih
minggu niku lak dangu sanget! ananging kenging napa kok siam?
“Uler pasa amarga kepengen dadi kupu.”
“ Saestu bu?”
“ Bener banget. Nek wis sakwetara dina kowe bakal weruh ana kupu
sing endah metu saka kepompong iki.”
“ Ya Allah! Kula mboten pitados. Kula kepengen
sanget semerep… kupu medal saking kepompong niki?”
Shira banget kesengsem dening kepompong iki.
Deweke lali marang rasa ngelak sing mau dirasakke. Dewekke terus nunggoni
kepompong ing taman iku. Jam rolas pas ibu nimbali Shira supaya buka pasane.
“ Ora papa nduk. Kowe pareng buka saiki amarga
kowe lagi latihan pasa,” ibu nerangake.
“Mboten kok bu. Kula siam ngantos
maghrib,” dewekke kekeh. “ Menawi uler mawon saged pasa ngantos pinten-pinten
dinten, kula mesthi kiat pasa ngantos maghrib kados ibu.”
“ Tenan ki? Ya wis.... pancen bocah pinter tenan kok. Ayo saiki sholat
dhuhur dhisik!”
