Fruits and Vegetables for Healthy Skin



Applying mask on our faces is one way to beautify our face. That’s right we can buy many kind of masks sold in Mall and traditional market, but making your own mask is simpler and cheaper. Besides, making mask using fruits and vegetables  is better because it’s healthier. Here are some fruits and vegetables we can use as healthy mask:

Tomatoes: it is rich in vitamins A, B1 and C to lighten and smooth  your skin. Slice the tomato and apply on your skin and neck.
Strawbery: rich in vitamin  B, C, E and K to regenerate your skin. It contains salicylic acid which is useful in preventing the wrinkled. Mix the strawbery with honey. Use it twice a week.

Bengkoang: Besides its function for toning and moisturizing  this white fruit is believed to be able to lighten the skin. Wash and peel the bengkoang then blend it. Mix with honey and lemon.

Avocado: Contains Vitamin A,K,C, zinc and antioxidants to reduce the signs of premature aging. Oil in avocado is easily absorbed by the skin as the natural moisturizer. Blend avocado, then add honey or olive oil. Apply on your face and neck twice a week.

Cucumber: this fruit can soften your skin. Blend the cucumber, add some milk powder and water, then apply on your skin.

Papaya: contains papain that may enlighten and exfoliate your skin, and also reduce the black spots on your skin. It is also rich in beta-carotene, vitamin C and AHA to make the skin more elastic. Grind or blend some slices of papaya and applay on your face and neck.  You may also add some pineapple and honey.

Apple: this fruit may reduce the oil on your face. Simply blend a slice of apple and applay on your skin.

Mango: Contains vitamin A and antioxidants which is useful to reduce the signs of premature aging, regenerate and make the skin more elastic.

Pumpkin: contains Vit A and zinc, potassium, copper and enzim alphahydroxy which is useful in removing dead skin cells causes facial dull, rough and not shiny, rejuvenate the skin and treat acne. Boil some pumpkin, blend it, add honey and olive oil
Carrot: contain vitamin A, folacin and kalium to moisturize, repair the skin tissue, protect skin from the sunlight. Boil, blend and add some honey.

Grapes: it is useful to reduce the wrinkled skin. Simply blend it and applay on your skin.

Banana: reduce the wrinkled skin and soften the skin. Blend, add some honey and apply on your skin.
Corn: removing black spots. Grate, add honey and apply on your face
Lemon: contains vitamin C and citric acid to tighten pores and remove impurities that clog the skin,
